26/7/2013· Hello If I leave my 1993 4.2 Nissan Patrol Diesel a week without starting it gets air in the fuel system and will not start. You have to use the primer on top of thefuel filter before any chance of starting. Starting is normal up to 3 days. Has anybody had this trouble and if so any thoughts please. User #96034 614 posts.
