4/11/2021· 1. ninerbuff Posts: 45,767 Meer. Noveer 5. As an aged CPT as 57 (58 in January), I still do a lot of what I was able to do in my mid 30''s however the resistance has gone down. I also instruct cardio kickboxing 3 times a week as well as run intervals (I get up to 10mph) 3 times a week.
